How to Last Longer in Bed by robert kirk

Although it is a known secret exclusively among men, many still struggle with themselves in their unsatisfactory performance when it comes to pleasing a woman in bed.  There are a couple of reasons for this: psychological – since a man feels that much is expected of him in terms of sexual performance, he feels insecure and is further pressured to give out as he feels he is required to, leaving him incapable of either erection or ejaculation. His mind may also be stressed out  from work loads and other concerns which disables him from concentrating on the act; physiological – the man may be suffering from physical causes of erectile dysfunction, which can now be solved with implants or drugs such as Viagra.  The following are a few tips for men in increasing their longevity in the bedroom.  It is primarily advised that condoms (preferably latex condoms) be used before sexual intercourse in order to avoid possible contraction of sexually transmitted diseases.  Durex condoms are reliable and well-lubricated to enhance the experience during sexual contact.

It is first imperative that both partners are not under stress and must have adequate sleep before contact.  Both must relieve their minds of other concerns and think of the union at hand.  This should not be overdone, though, since it takes the pleasure out of the act itself.  Also, a lack of sleep greatly hampers the ability to become aroused and sexually excited.  This is a proven medical fact, so enough sleep is necessary for a healthy sex life.

The male is advised not to penetrate until the woman is extremely wet and excited.  When a woman is highly stimulated, she will self- lubricate, which brings added pleasure to her experience, while reducing the sensation for the man during union. Since men reach orgasm quicker than with women, the climax for both partners comes closer together with this technique.  The woman should be able to reach her climax before the man does, or both should reach theirs at the same time.

The man should maintain an erection at least ten minutes before intercourse, as this renders the penis less sensitive to the pleasure of penetration.  Staying erect for longer than ten minutes sometimes leaves the penis numb, which is a good thing. Make sure condoms are used before penetration.

A woman should be stimulated and wet for at least twenty minutes before being penetrated.  If possible, she should at least reach one orgasm before intercourse.  Stimulation of the clitoris and nipples with the tongue and fingers, and verbal comments will render her ready for union in time.  It is recommended that latex condoms are used to ensure the safety of the contact.

The man should know his own pace and take control, withdrawing if it gets too close to ejaculation.  He should switch to other means of stimulation at this point so as to maintain and increase the level of excitement that the woman experiences.  As soon as the penis loses the urge to ejaculate, the man must penetrate his partner, adding variety either through multiple positions and angles, or variations in thrusts of the shaft.  It is also great if he can hit the G-spot inside the woman as this brings her much closer to the orgasm than usual.  It is advised that to prevent the transmission of diseases, lubricated Durex condoms must be used before intercourse.
