Customer Information
All customer information is stored on our database in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Delivery
All orders will be dispatched within 24hrs. If you place an order before 2pm your order will be sent out that day. All weekend orders will be dispatched on the Monday. Johnnys In A Jiffy now offer free delivery on all there orders placed, the price you see, is the price you pay, nothing is added at checkout. All orders are sent out via royal mail, any larger orders will be sent recorded delivery and require a signature.

We are currently only shipping to the UK.

Other duties & taxes
All local taxes, duties and customs charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

Payment
All orders must be paid for before your products are dispatched. We have full credit/debit card online facilities through Protx, ensuring all payments are 100% secure. Fraud
We take online fraud very seriously. All orders paid for online undergo checks on the card that you are using. If the card is notified to be lost or stolen, we will contact the bank and the police ASAP.

Johnnys In A Jiffy now offer free delivery on all orders. Excluding bulk trade orders.

Packaging
All packaging will be plain and discreet. There will be no mention of Johnnys In A Jiffy on the packaging, and no mention of its contents.

Refunds & Exchanges
Under the terms of the Sale of goods act 1979, faulty or incorrect goods should be returned to us within a reasonable time after purchase. You can request an exchange of goods, or a full refund.

Returns
If after purchasing a product you change your mind, return it to us within fourteen days, at your own risk and expense, unopened and undamaged. We will provide a refund of the cost of the item within 28 days, less a 15% handling fee.

Privacy

Personal Details
When a customer places an order we receive the name, postal address, email address and telephone/fax number of the customer. We use this information to dispatch orders, send invoices, respond to enquiries and send marketing information where this been agreed by the customer. This information will only be passed to our suppliers in order to ship certain items directly to you. Our suppliers do not keep your details and your details are not passed to any other third party. Your details are stored on our secure customer database. This information is stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Packaging
All packaging sent to your delivery address will be plain and unmarked.

Third parties
With the exception of our suppliers, we will not give or sell your personal details to any third party. We do not have access to your credit card details.
