How Can I pay for my order online?

If you place your order on our website we can process Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta, Solo and Switch debit/credit cards. We also accept paypal. We currently only take orders online, we do not accept telephone orders at this time.

How secure is it to place an order on your website?

For online payments we use Protx to process your card payment.

All of the Protx solutions use high levels of encryption. Protx has been audited and approved by all of the major UK acquiring banks which require Protx to adhere to all APACS standards.

Protx have also been audited and accredited under the Visa Account Information Security (AIS) audit that specifically examines security of credit card details processed and stored by Protx.

At no time will your credit card details be stored on any system. We do not have access to your credit card details.

Can I order over the phone?

At present Johnnys In A Jiffy only accepts orders over the Internet, however we will soon be offering telephone orders and mail order. Our telephone number is currently solely for sales/customer service enquiries.

What appears on my bank/credit card statement?

Once you have paid for your order from Johnny’s In A Jiffy with your card it will appear on your credit card/bank statement as “IN A JIFFY” there will be no mention of condoms/Johnny’s. All will be shown is the sales amount and IN A JIFFY. This is to ensure our customers privacy is kept at all times.

Can I pay via Paypal?

Yes, all orders can be paid directly with Paypal, many of our customers find it quick and easy to pay with paypal. At checkout simply select paypal and it will go through the steps. Paying with paypal is the exactly the same as paying with your credit/debit card, your order will be sent out that same day.

I have checked my bank/credit card statement and the wrong amount has been taken off?

Once you have placed your order and have paid for the order online, if you find that the value debited from your card is more than it should be please contact us ASAP and we will refund the amount back to your card. This has never happened in the past with our systems, but should it happen please contact our support team.

If I cancel an order, what happens with my payment?

 If you place an order and then decide to cancel within 14 days, we will refund the total amount back to your card if the goods have not yet been dispatched.

If you have already received your order, you will be required to send the goods back to us at your own cost. No refunds will be carried out until we receive the goods back in original packaging. If you would like more info on refunds please contact us.
